YOUNGSTOWN SWEEP Criminal trespass

Police converged on the Phar-Mor parking lot at 3730 Market St. to remove 28 young people congregated there late Sunday night. The store has signs posted that prohibit loitering. Ten juveniles and the following adults were charged with criminal trespass.
