BOARDMAN -- Stephanie Lynn Candle, daughter of Deborah and Michael Candle, 8586 Raintree Run, Poland, and Michael A. Massie, son of Alfred Massie of Poland and Janice Massie of Canton, were married at 1:30 p.m. June 29 at St. Charles Church.
The Rev. Daniel Venglarik officiated, and a reception was held at The Embassy in Youngstown.
The couple honeymooned in Naples, Fla., and are living at 928 Moyer Ave.
The bride's satin gown was designed with a scalloped V-neckline and long sleeves trimmed with lace, pearls and sequins. The skirt fell to a cathedral train.
Kristin and Andrea Candle, her sisters, were maids of honor, and bridesmaids were Mandy Wagner, the groom's cousin; Kristen Massie, his sister-in-law; Kara Jackson; Lesia Myers; Lori Davis; Kelly Troy; and Misti Frank. They wore iridescent coral ensembles. Junior bridesmaid was Nicole Massie, the groom's niece, and Stephanie Loziewicz, also his niece, was flower girl.
The groom's brother, Kevin Massie, was best man, and groomsmen were another brother, Aaron Massie; the bride's brother, Craig Candle; Paul Shovlin; Brian McHattie; Bob Johnston; Dave Hassey; Bob Dedo; and Dave Ramun. The groom's nephew, Kevin Massie, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Massie is employed as a receptionist at Dental Systems in Cornersburg.
Her husband is a technician at American Business Center.
