YOUNGSTOWN -- Lisa Kirchner and Ron Kaschak, both of Austintown, exchanged marriage vows in a ceremony at 1 p.m. June 14 at St. Matthias Church and later accepted congratulations during a reception at The Georgetown, Boardman. Since returning from a honeymoon cruise to Mexico, the newlyweds live in Austintown.
Parents of the bride are Robert and Kathy Kirchner, 3901 Edinburgh Drive. The groom is a son of Rich and Janice Kaschak, 4646 Westwood Drive, Austintown.
Mrs. Kaschak graduated from Youngstown State University with an associate degree in allied health. She is a dental hygienist in Niles.
Mr. Kaschak attended YSU and graduated from MTC Training Centre. He is a deputy with Mahoning County Sheriff's Department.
Honor attendants were Shannon Sicilia and Jody Shaffer. Bridesmaids were Alycia Minnick and Carrier Kirchner, the bride's sisters-in-law; Tina Kaschak, the groom's sister-in-law; and Lisa Durkin, Doreen Durkin, Amy Hess, Sherri Wittman and Cherry Childers. They wore celadon gowns. Junior bridesmaid was Julia Kirchner, the bride's niece, and flower girl was Alayna Kaschak, the niece of the groom.
Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Rich Kaschak. Groomsmen were Ray Kirchner and Bobby Kirchner, the brothers of the bride, and Jeff States, John Tkach, Buddy Shaffer, Doug Sicilia, Dennis Bruner, Tony Murphy and Eddie Malony. Junior groomsman was Dakota Ganatos and ring bearer was Zakary Konnerth.
