COLUMBUS -- St. Catharine Church was the setting at 2:30 p.m. June 1 as Monsignor David Sorohan solemnized the marriage of Amy Joan Robinson, 5411/2 S. Drexel Ave., and Brian Keith Jones, 194 N. Cassady Ave.
The daughter of Rosalie M. Robinson of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Arthur E. Robinson Jr., 11404 Rollinghouse Road, Rockville, Md., and son of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Jones, 1774 Lemont Drive, Poland, were honored at a reception held at Hickory Lakes in Pickerington before leaving on a wedding trip to Mexico. They live at the groom's address.
The bride's white A-line gown featured a chapel train.
Navy blue gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Kerry Robinson, and the bridesmaids, Deborah Austrino, a sister of the groom; Alison Powell; Lisa Chappel; and Katrina Crates. Flower girl was Ashley Granitto.
The duties of best man were performed by James Herlihy, and groomsmen were Jeffrey Robinson, the bride's brother; Samuel Austrino, the groom's brother-in-law; Brian James; and Matthew Granitto. Ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Jacob Austrino.
The bride graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio, with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is a kindergarten teacher with Hamilton Local Schools in Lockbourne.
The groom is employed in data base marketing with Verizon Wireless. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University at Oxford.
