Summary of police activity:
Drug paraphernalia: A 20-year-old North Jackson man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, including a silver metal pipe containing suspected marijuana residue and a pair of black gun gloves and a silver screwdriver, after a traffic stop in the 500 block of W. Main St.
Theft: A trailer and lawn equipment as reported stolen from St. Michael's Church, 281 Glenview Road.
Drugs: A plastic bag of marijuana and a pack of rolling papers were found on a 19-year-old Canfield man during a traffic stop on East Main St. He was charged with drug abuse-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Counterfeit: A McDonald's Restaurant employee at 586 E. Main St. reported a customer gave her a half a $20 bill to pay for his food. The half bill turned out to be counterfeit. The employee thought the bill had been folded in half.
Theft: An unknown quantity of razor blades and a plastic cooler were stolen from Giant Eagle by a man who left the scene in a black car driven by a woman.
Burglary: A small shallow glass dish, a metal bowl stamped First Buffalo Nickel and a large blue plastic box with 22 small drawers containing costume jewelry were reported stolen from a residence in the 300 block of Carriage Lane.
Breaking and entering: A residence in the 30 block of Sandstone Lane was entered through a patio/deck door to the rear of the residence. The owner noticed a significant amount of apparent blood on the floor, but had it cleaned-up before police arrived.
Criminal damage: A mailbox was burned by a detonated firework in the 100 block of Kings Lane.
