BAZETTA Trumbull Co. fair begins Tuesday

BAZETTA -- Veterans and safety forces will be honored as a part of the 156th Trumbull County Fair kickoff next week.
Opening ceremonies will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday on the Bicentennial Boulevard Stage.
Veterans, police officers and firefighters will be recognized.
At 7 p.m. that day, the annual Parade of Colors will feature the honorees.
Free admission will be granted to veterans and safety forces with the proper identification.
Also to be honored at the opening ceremonies are the following: Justice Evelyn Stratton of the Ohio Supreme Court; Dan Messersmith, WYTV Channel 33; John Beilby, WFMJ Channel; Jan Solomon; Darlene Brooks; Charlotte Meloni; Karen Mitchell; Linda Rosen; Phil Decapito; the Warren John F. Kennedy High School golf team; Rachel Miller; Richard Roscoe and Geneva Cebula.
The county fair runs through July 14. Admission on Tuesday through Thursday is $6; Friday through Sunday, admission is $7.
Admission includes rides, shows and parking.
