1. Brittany McKee

1. Brittany McKee

Hubbard

Brittany McKee is only a sophomore at Hubbard High School, but she's already got a pretty good idea of what she wants to do in the future. There's more soccer, of course, but she says she wants to study exercise science. If you're not sure what that is, we suggest you take in a Hubbard soccer game sometime next season and keep an eye on the Eagles' sweeper. Despite playing at a position that doesn't involve a lot of goal scoring -- and therefore, sometimes a lack of notoriety -- and her relative youth, McKee was the cornerstone of a Hubbard team that advanced farther in the postseason tournament than any other area squad. Defense was their forte and McKee was the cornerstone of that defense, providing the last stop between the opponents and the goaltender.
