MAHONING VALLEY Capital bill projects

These are the Mahoning Valley projects to be considered for funding from the Ohio Capital Appropriations Budget.
$1.6 million for Girard to replace water and sewer lines along a section of U.S. Route 422 which is being replaced.$1.35 million for Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown to refurbish the facility.$843,000 to widen and repave Fifth Street and Ellett Road in Beloit.$5 million for a sanitary sewer line along Belmont Avenue between Tibbetts-Wick Road in Liberty and Vienna Center.$2 million for the Youngstown Business Incubator for an additional office and laboratory building.$2.4 million for dock construction at the Wellsville Intermodal Facility.$2 million for a Lake and Creek Environmental Education Center on 140 acres of Cortland on Mosquito Lake.$1.2 million for Second Harvest Foodbank, Youngstown, for a new storage facility.$925,000 for Homeless Solutions, a Youngstown-based agency, for housing improvements.$5 million for the Mahoning County Juvenile Corrections Facility to build a 50-bed facility for juvenile delinquents.$600,000 for Children's Rehabilitation Center in Howland to expand its facilities.$742,000 for Oakhill Renaissance, Youngstown, for a new central air-conditioning system at its facility at the former Forum Health Southside Medical Center.$1.6 million for the Youngstown Symphony to expand its facilities.$556,000 for CASTLO Community Improvement Corp. to upgrade the buildings in its industrial park in Struthers.$1.496 million for Campbell to make road and utility improvements at the CASTLO industrial park.$500,000 for the Aeropark industrial facility in Vienna for road improvements and waterline work for Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport and the surrounding area.
