Verdream, 35, Bonnie Place, Youngstown; passing bad checks, 2 counts of theft.Anthony D. Bonner, 20, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown; 2 counts of receiving stolen property.Arvella R. Davis Jr., 23, Sunshine Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine trafficking.Marcel G. Ingram, 30, Springdale Avenue, Youngstown; possession of a dangerous ordnance, possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment, illegal possession of weapons.Edward Lightning, 19, Parkview Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.Maurice Morris, 18, East Dewey Avenue, Youngstown; 2 counts of receiving stolen property.Dennis Weaver, 34, Main Street, New Middletown; cocaine possession.Nathaniel J.
