CANFIELD -- The installation of officers for 2002 was a highlight of a holiday dinner and guest day event held by Mignonette Garden Club Dec. 13 at the home of Beverly Muresan.
Margaret Mary Walsh conducted the induction of Anne Ellis, president; Muresan, vice president; Judy Lowe, secretary; and Laura Johnson, treasurer.
Serving as heads of various committees will be Muresan, program; Toni Douglass, civic beautification and community service; Louise Ott, publicity; Mary Lou Mack, historian; Lynn Mocker, forum features reporter; Margaret Kusmirek, sunshine; and Pat Murphy, ways and means.
Hostesses for the dinner were Muresan, Ellis, Mary K. D'Isa, Douglass and Virginia Stevens.
The group: Mignonette was organized in 1952 as a division of the Catholic Collegiate Association. Membership is limited to 30, and meetings are held the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise specified.
