Mahoning County

Ronald L. Simpson, 19, of New Road, Youngstown, was indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury on charges of escape, theft, two counts of failure to obey a police order and three counts of vandalism. The grand jury declined to indict him on two counts of aggravated vehicular assault. Austintown police said Simpson escaped from custody after a court hearing Dec. 10 in Mahoning County Court, Austintown, and stole a van that contained two guns. He led police on a chase, slamming into a passenger car and a police car, injuring one officer.

The following people were also indicted Thursday:

Thomas R. Toy, 22, South Sterling Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession, illegal possession of weapons.

William Morris, 47, East Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown; six counts of forgery.

Eric D. Terrell, 37, Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.

Keith D. Crockett, 19, Victor Avenue, Youngstown; three counts of felonious assault, three firearm specifications.

Willie F. Hill, 37, Martin Luther King Boulevard, Youngstown; burglary, aggravated arson.

Eddie L. Jackson, 22, St. Louis Avenue, Youngstown; failure to obey a police order.

David C. Lincoln, 26, Cohasset Drive, Youngstown; felonious assault, firearm specification.

Milton Allen III, 20, West Evergreen Avenue, Youngstown; complicity to aggravated robbery, firearm specification.

Richard Latimer, 19, West Heights Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, failure to obey a police order.

James Albert Williams Jr., 38, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.

Raymond E. Wilson Jr., 23, Garfield Street, Youngstown; complicity to aggravated robbery, firearm specification.

Christopher A. Rogers, 24, West Park Avenue, Columbiana; marijuana trafficking.

Dean J. Carson, 43, North Pricetown Road, Diamond; promoting prostitution.

Christina M. Baluch, 35, South Raccoon Road, Youngstown; assault.

James G. Peck Jr., 20, Olive Street, Salem; breaking and entering, vandalism.

Fontaine D. Taylor, 22, Youngstown-Poland Road, Youngstown; felonious assault, firearm specification.

Odis Simmons, 18, Hudson Avenue, Youngstown; robbery.

George S. Johnson, 36, Chicago Avenue, Youngstown; illegal possession of weapons, 2 counts of carrying concealed weapons.

Kevin Queener, 37, Bryant Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering.

Edward Blackmon, 23, East Judson Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.

Jermaine Belcher, 29, Ford Avenue, Youngstown; three counts of felonious assault, one count of cocaine possession, four firearm specifications.

Earl B. Lewis III, 18, Signature Drive, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons.

Maxine Heasley, 25, Old Oxford Lane, Youngstown; cocaine trafficking.

Joseph Dixon, 29, Fairmont Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.

Michael J. Drummond, 23, Oakview Drive, Girard; drug possession.

Terri M. Payton, 50, Ferndale Avenue, Youngstown; soliciting sex after a positive HIV test.
