Athletic seminars
YOUNGSTOWN -- Humility of Mary Health Partners and The Competitive Edge, 1739 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, are offering two athletic seminars. The first is a golf performance clinic, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 19., at The Competitive Edge, in which participants will learn how to improve strength, flexibility and consistency and decrease injury. Diabetes class
A Diabetes Walking Program will be Monday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Trumbull Memorial Community Health Connection, Eastwood Mall, Niles. It is open to anyone with diabetes and there is no fee.
