Paula Dawan and Robert Clay, both of Columbia, Mo., have chosen April 6 for their wedding at Phillip's Chapel Church of God in Christ, Hubbard. Invitations will be issued.
William and Vera Axel Dawan of Youngstown are parents of the bride-elect. She received a bachelor's degree in history from Westminster College, New Wilmington, Pa., and is a default management counselor at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo.
Her fiance is a son of Bobby and Lois Clay of St. Louis. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemical/bio-chemical engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and is an environmental engineer with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources in Jefferson City.
