& quot;Lunch and Learn at the Library: Behind the Scenes of the Oakland Center for the Arts. & quot; Formed as a catalyst for creative expression, this downtown Youngstown Theater presents diverse and stimulating art and theatrical productions. Alexandra Van Such, founder and Artistic Director, will offer a sampling of the Oakland's productions and give us a behind-the-scenes view of the organization at noon March 12 at Main. Those attending can take a brown bag lunch to enjoy during the program. The Friends will provide coffee free of charge.
