ADVISERS

X4-H Saddle Horse Advisers will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Ohio State University Trumbull County Extension Office.

CLASSES

XEast High Alumni will meet for breakfast at 8 a.m. Thursday at Smaldino's Family Restaurant.

CLUBS

XCroatian Ladies of Campbell will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Our Place on McCartney Road, Campbell. Daisy Litch will preside.

XNew Middletown Homemakers will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the C & amp;C Clubhouse. Hostesses will be Hallie Dugan and Mary Lou Himes. The craft will be towel angels. Those attending should take a white washcloth, a dish towel and narrow ribbon to match.

XParents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

XPoland Women's Club will meet Monday at the home of Shirley James with Nancy Varley and Nancy Wilbur as her co-hostesses. A "12-Step Problem Management" program will be presented by Roseann Sylvester.

XWest Farmington Pythian Sisters Liberty Temple 185 will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the K. of P. Hall.

XYoungstown American-Hungarian Club, 2219 Donald Ave., will meet at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. New members are welcome; the membership fee is $12.

FRATERNAL GROUPS

XWest Farmington Knights of Pythias meets at 8 p.m. every Monday at the K. of P. Hall.

GRANGES

XDublin Grange 1409 will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday with Zella Baker presiding. Each member is asked to take an article on President Franklin D. Roosevelt for the lecture hour. Gary Reel will speak on presidential first ladies. Visitors are welcome.

GUILDS

XLorraine Milanek will preside when the Embroiderers Guild of America meets at 10 a.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the IOOF Hall in Canfield. For information call (330) 758-3837. Visitors are welcome.

POLITICAL CLUBS

XGirard Men's Democrat Club will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Parkwood Youth Center.

RELIGIOUS GROUPS

XCourt Bishop James McFadden 1650, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, will meet at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Glenellen Senior Suites and Villas-Lakeside, 9661 Market St., North Lima. National convention delegates will be elected. Hostesses will be Flo Gavozzi and Lillian Wasinski. Those interested in membership should call Dorothy Schatzel, (330) 395-5107.

XDiocesan Ladies of Charity will meet at St. Edward's Hall following the 12:10 p.m. Mass Monday at the church. The program will feature talks on "The Ministries of the Ladies of Charity." Bernadette Demechko will speak on the kitchen and dining hall at St. Vincent de Paul. Volunteer hours are to be reported to Jeanne Dambrogio.

XOur Lady of Perpetual Help Church Altar and Rosary Society will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

XSt. Michael Altar Guild of St. Michael Church, Canfield, will have a Lenten meal at the parish center following the benediction at 6 p.m. at the church. A talk on "Narratives from the Passion" will be presented by the Rev. George Balasko. Hostesses will be Dorothy Gellish, Roxanna Hildebrand and Agnes Romyak.

SERVICE CLUBS

XChampion Lions Club will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Country Corner Cafe.

XChampion Rotary meets at noon every Tuesday at Hannah's Restaurant in the Handyman Plaza.

XGirard-Liberty Kiwanis will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Little Peppino's, 728 N. State St.

XGirard-Liberty Rotary will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the MetroPlex Centre, Liberty.

XVienna Kiwanis Club dinner and board meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Vienna Presbyterian Church, Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna Center.

SINGLES

XSalem Area Singles will meet for volleyball from 8 to 10 p.m. Monday; for information call (330) 332-4000. Members also will play bingo at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Guilford Ruritan. SOCIETIES

XStruthers Historical Society will meet at 1 p.m. Sunday at the museum to discuss plans for the ethnic centennial luncheon May 25 at the Struthers Presbyterian Church. Plans also will be discussed concerning the society's participation in the all-class reunion July 6 at Struthers High School.

XMcDonald Chapter of TOPS meets weekly at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

XMended Hearts Chapter 7 of Youngstown will meet from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Forum Health Northside Medical Center in Auditorium C of the Medical Education Building. Speaker will be Karen Kelly, director of provider relations at Specialty Hospital of Mahoning Valley. Her topic will be "What is Long-Term Acute Care?" The public is welcome. XNortheast Kinship Navigators will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at John Knox Presbyterian Church. The program is for grandparents who are raising their grandchildren and other relative caregivers. It is free and open to the public, and refreshments and child care will be provided.
