Maluso, Noga to discussproposed arena
YOUNGSTOWN -- Two people who served on the recently dissolved Youngstown Civic Center Development Corp. board of directors will discuss the proposed downtown arena at 7 tonight at the Southern Boulevard Block Watch meeting in St. Dominic Parish Center, 3403 Southern Blvd.
The speakers will be Claire Maluso, an aide to U.S. Rep. James A. Traficant Jr., whose office was instrumental in obtaining funding for the project, and the Rev. Edward Noga, pastor of St. Patrick Church.
