F.N.B. declaresquarterly dividend

NAPLES -- F.N.B. Corp. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents a share on its common stock, payable March 15 to shareholders of record as of March 4.

F.N.B., the parent company of Hermitage-based First National Bank of Pennsylvania, also declared a cash dividend of 42 cents a share on its Series A Preferred Stock and 46.875 cents a share on its Series B Preferred Stock. Both are payable March 15 to shareholders of record as of March 4.
