ASSOCIATIONS

XGold Torch Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will meet Wednesday at Davidson's Buffet in Cornersburg. Cost is $14. For reservations contact Dorothy Fenton, (330) 824-3101, or Shirley Miller, (330) 792-4173.

XNortheast Homeowners Association will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Price Memorial AME Zion Church, 920 Dryden Ave. The speaker will be Paula Armentrout from the office of Attorney General Betty Montgomery.

XYo-Mah-O Chapter, International Association of Administrative Professionals, will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Davidson's, 3636 Canfield Road, Cornersburg. Reading glasses will be collected for the needy, bylaws and rules will be discussed, and the reverse raffle will be reviewed. For information call (330) 547-5132 after 6 p.m.

ATHLETIC CLUBS

XChampion Football Boosters will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the high school media center.

XMcDonald Midget Football Boosters will meet at 7 p.m. Sunday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

AUXILIARIES

XK. of C. Ladies of Father Gallagher Council 3144 will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the VFW Hall on Dorset Avenue, Youngstown. Hostesses will be Ann Orsinelli and Virginia Graneto. Members are asked to take a casserole.

XPoland K-C Ettes will hold a meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Hostesses will be Angie Ciavarella, Pauline Ciavarella, Ann Mavar and Vicky Reto. Cards and golf are planned.

XStruthers VFW Post 3538 Auxiliary will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the post. Dues are payable.

XVFW Triangle Post 2799 Auxiliary will meet at the post home at 8 p.m. Tuesday. Members are asked to take an item for a kitchen shower.

BOOSTERS

XChampion Band Boosters will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the high school band room.

CLASSES

XChaney High School January and June Classes of 1948 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Charly's Restaurant in Austintown. Spouses are invited.

CLUBS

XJunior League of Youngstown will meet at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at Stambaugh Auditorium for a social followed by a 7 p.m. meeting. The program will be "Fall in Love with JLY." For more information call (330) 743-3200.

XParents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.

XWomen's Connection-Christian Women's Club will meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Italian-American Veterans Centre in Youngstown. The luncheon will begin at noon. Gay Lee Pesa will talk about appliqu & eacute; and smocking.

XYoungstown Mothers of Twins will meet at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Davidson-Becker Family Center in Struthers. Judy Castranova, breast cancer survivor, will be guest speaker. Members are asked to take a wrapped gift for a "love auction." Guests are welcome. Hostesses will be Phyllis Miller, Sue Brandenstein, Frannie Higgins, Beth Hommel, Betsy Pallo and Debbie Mason. XTrumbull County Junior Fair Livestock Sale Committee will meet at 8 p.m. Wednesday at the fairgrounds office.

XCroatian Fraternal Union 185 of Campbell will meet at 1 p.m. Sunday at Our Place Restaurant, McCartney Road, Campbell.

XGirard Golden Eagles will meet at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Girard Free Library, 105 E. Prospect St.

GUILDS

XWestern Reserve Knitting Guild will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fair Park in Canfield for a program on "Easy Shoulders" by Kathy Grate.

RELIGIOUS GROUPS

XCatholic Women's Club of St. Rose Church, Girard, will meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the parish house dining room. The program will be presented by Tony and Maxine DeToro.

XMount Carmel Society of St. Rose Church will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the parish house.

XSt. Anthony Auxiliary will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Ground Round. The social calendar will be updated.

XSt. Vincent DePaul Society of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the parish house.

XSt. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Rose Church will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

XYoungstown Council of Catholic Nurses will met at noon Sunday at St. Columba Cathedral to attend a "white Mass" for health-care professionals.

SERVICE CLUBS

XGirard-Liberty Kiwanis will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Little Peppino's Restaurant.

XGirard-Liberty Rotary will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the MetroPlex Centre, Liberty.

XVienna Kiwanis dinner meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Vienna Presbyterian Church, Warren-Sharon Road, Vienna Center. Guest speaker will be Butch Tennick, a wellness consultant, on the topic of health.

SINGLES

XD.A.R.E. members have planned the following: bowling at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Boardman Lanes, $4 with membership; a dance at Avalon Inn in Howland at 7 p.m. Sunday, costis $4; and a valentine party and meeting Thursday, cost is $4. XMahoning Chapter, Ohio Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will meet at noon Tuesday at Poland United Methodist Church. Richard Scarella will present "McGuffey Readers." The president general's report and the national defense report will be given.

SORORITIES

XGamma Epsilon Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International will hold a sweetheart dinner at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Johnny's Restaurant, Midlothian Boulevard, where a meeting and election of officers will begin at 7 p.m. Members are asked to take small gifts for an exchange and an item for the Potter's Wheel.

SUPPORT GROUPS
