ICL/TCL GIRLS Hack's double-double sparks Ridge

Western Reserve beat McDonald to remain tied with South Range.
VIENNA -- Tiffany Hack collected a double-double to help Mineral Ridge post a 62-48 win over Mathews in an Inter-County League girls basketball game Thursday.
Hack had 20 points, 11 rebounds and four assists for the Rams (10-6, 6-4 ICL), who have won two in a row.
Danielle Bako had 18 points, six steals and three assists for the Rams.
In a balanced attack, Tara Ford scored 14 points, Lena Decenzo had 13 and Tara Thompson 10 more for the Mustangs (3-11, 2-8).
Western Reserve 47, McDonald 31: MCDONALD -- Western Reserve put three players in double figures as it remained tied with South Range atop the ICL standings.
Anna Marie Ricciardi had 21 points, while Jen White added 11 and Mikah Berger 10 for the Blue Devils (11-5, 9-1 ICL).
McDonald (2-14, 1-9) was led by Christine Holmes' nine points.
Springfield 71, Jackson-Milton 32: NORTH JACKSON -- Lindsay Johnson scored 20 points as Springfield rolled past Jackson-Milton.
Meghan Wood's 14 points and Talley Felger's 12 points provided support for the Tigers (9-7, 7-3 ICL), who made 20 of 24 free throws.
Jesi Hemphill and Desra Tomaino each scored six points for Jackson-Milton (2-14, 1-9).
Crestview 46, Lisbon 35: EAST FAIRFIELD -- After falling behind by 15 points, 31-16, Lisbon closed fast but couldn't pull even as Crestview defeated the Blue Devils in a Tri-County League game.
Erin Mellinger scored 14 points, Ashleigh Parker had 11 and Megan Mellinger 10 more for the Rebels (8-8, 5-5 TCL).
Mallory Smith scored 11 points for Lisbon, which trailed by just five points with six minutes to play.
East Palestine 35, Southern 24: SALINEVILLE -- Ashley Martin had 13 points and six rebounds to lead East Palestine (11-5, 7-3 TCL) past Southern (3-12, 0-10).
Sam McKay contributed four steals and four assists to the winning cause.
Southern was led by Brittany McElroy's 14 points.
