SANDY LAKE, Pa. -- Pennsylvania State Police have filed charges against one adult and four juveniles in two cases of vandalism that caused nearly $20,000 worth of damage at Lakeview High School.

Marcus A. George, 18, of Sandy Lake, and three juvenile boys, one age 16 and two age 17, have been charged with burglary and institutional vandalism in an Aug. 12 burglary at the school, in which computers, printers, copiers and books were damaged. The loss was estimated at $9,500. George is charged as an adult.

Charges against his accomplices are filed in juvenile court. Another 17-year-old boy faces a charge of arson in juvenile court.

He's accused of setting fire to the sports storage building on the school grounds last Thursday.

The building and equipment were destroyed at a loss of $10,000.
