SEWER PROJECTS

City of Hermitage

The city is looking at more than $13 million worth of needed improvements to its sanitary sewer system and plans to borrow $10 million to help finance it. Sewer fees will be raised to pay off the debt. Individual projects include:

$6.362 million: Broadway Avenue treatment plant improvements.

$4.2 million: Golden Run/Sample Road line replacement and new pump station.

$1.2 million: Bobby Run line replacement.

$875,000: Pine Hollow line improvements.

$472,000: New line on South Darby Road to replace failing on-lot sewer systems.
