Steps recommended

Recommendations being made about the Hubbard police headquarters by the Trumbull County Health Department:

Immediately conduct air sampling on all levels by a professional company. Acting Police Chief Kenneth Olyer said this will cost $3,000 to $3,500.

Completely seal off basement from the rest of the building.

Removal of all mold in the building by a professional.

Repair all sources of water intrusion into the basement. If this can't be done, abandon building.
