The city is looking at borrowing about $6 million through the sale of bonds to refinance a loan and provide money to do a variety of improvement projects. An estimate of how the funds will be spent shows:
URefinance old loan: $4 million.
UStreet and curb replacements: $1 million.
UReplace upper level of library parking deck: $650,000.
UCity building heating and air conditioning repairs: $175,000.
UImprove library elevator: $50,000.
