July 22

Breaking and entering; A fenced-in lot was entered at the Carpet Shop, 195 S. Four Mile Run Road, and tools were stolen out of an auto after the vehicle's door lock was pulled.

Criminal damaging: Windows were broken and siding damaged at a residence in the 1800 block of Celeste Circle.

Theft: A 2002 Caterpillar skid loader was stolen from the Fairfield Inn, 801 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: A man stole items from Big Lots, 1730 S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: A color television was taken from a room at the Days Inn, 1051 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Criminal damaging: An eight-foot umbrella was damaged in the 3000 block of Evelyn Road.

July 23

Criminal mischief: Eggs were thrown at a home in the 5000 block of West Rockwell Road.

Criminal mischief: Eggs were thrown on a house in the 5000 block of West Rockwell Road.

Criminal damaging: Paint was damaged on a residence in the 5000 block of West Rockwell Road.

July 24

Criminal damaging: Eggs were thrown on a vehicle at Regal Cinemas, 6020 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was keyed in the 100 block of Atlanta Avenue.

Theft: A man's wallet was reported stolen at Bank One, 5531 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A total of $58.07 was stolen from Smoker Friendly, 1645 S. Raccoon Road.

Liquor violation: A 19-year-old and a 15-year-old were arrested on Northwood Avenue on a liquor violation for possession of alcohol.

July 25

Criminal damaging: A man broke out a window at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive, and was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.

Theft: A Kenwood CD player, 40 compact discs, a cell phone and wristwatch were reported stolen from the 400 block of South Raccoon Road.

Theft: A stereo and compact disc were taken from an auto in the 400 block of Pembrook Road.

Theft: Ninety dollars was stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of Meander Reserve Court.

July 26

Criminal damaging: A window was shot with a BB gun in the 4000 block of Lanterman Road.

Drug offense: A woman was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana at The Mill, 1743 S. Raccoon Road.

Drug offense: A summons was issued for the arrest of a man charged with possession of marijuana at The Mill.

Drug offense: A woman was charged with possession of marijuana and a man was charged with possession of cocaine at The Mill.

Animal complaint: A homeowner was cited for violation of the barking dog resolution in the 3000 block of Allendale Avenue.

Criminal trespass: A man was on the balcony at an apartment in the 400 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: A citizen band radio was stolen from a vehicle in the residential 3000 block of LeHarps Road.

Theft: A CB radio was stolen from an auto at the Lyden Oil Co., 5711 LeHarps Road.

Theft: A CB radio and a 600-watt booster were stolen from the 80 block of Victoria Road.

Criminal damaging: A wooden fence was damaged in the residential 1400 block of Cavalcade Drive.

Theft: A portable Sony compact disc player and compact discs were stolen from a vehicle in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.

Fraud: A woman reported being the victim of fraud in the residential 80 block of North Raccoon Road.

Breaking and entering: Miscellaneous items were stolen from an unattached garage in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.

Disturbance: A fight was reported in the parking lot at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

July 27

Criminal damaging: Two halogen floodlights were reported stolen from the 200 block of South Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: Three cartons of cigarettes were stolen from Colla's Market, 5529 Mahoning Ave.

Criminal damaging: A tire was cut on a vehicle at The Mill.

Theft: A projector and screen were stolen from The Jacaranda, 1601 S. Raccoon Road.

July 28

Felonious assault: A victim was struck with a baseball bat at The Club 76, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.

Theft: A 2000 Polaris Scrambler was stolen from the 4000 block of Washington Square Drive.

Theft: A man in his late 30s to early 40s took unknown merchandise from IGA, 4417 Mahoning Ave.
