CANFIELD -- The Diocesan Ladies of Charity will hold its annual Tea For Green from 1 to 3 p.m. May 6 at Ursuline Motherhouse on Shields Road.
The public is invited to attend, and donations will be accepted.
Proceeds from the event will benefit several charities supported by the organization, such as Beatitude House, St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Potter's Wheel, Birth Right of Mahoning County, New Life Maternity Home in Trumbull County, the Rescue Mission and Mill Creek Children's Center.
Diocesan Ladies of Charity members also volunteer their assistance with several community service groups, including Hospice, Meals on Wheels, St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, area nursing homes, schools and churches.
