LOWELLVILLE -- Jill Geiger and Richard Palumbo II were married at 2 p.m. April 20 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Church.
The Rev. Gerald DeLucia officiated, and a reception took place at The Georgetown in Boardman. The couple are honeymooning in the Bahamas and will live in Lowellville.
Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Donald Barger, 1409 Ironwood Drive, Marion, Ind., and Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Geiger, 646 Colusa Way, Livermore, Calif. Mr. Palumbo is a son of Richard and Grace Palumbo, 6242 New Castle Road.
The bride's off-the-shoulder white silk satin gown was enhanced with lace appliques and rhinestones on the bodice and scattered on the tulle A-line skirt.
Jennifer Geraci was matron of honor, and maid of honor was the bride's sister, Susan Geiger. They wore pink gowns, as did the bridesmaids, Tracy Palumbo, the groom's sister; Kim McKay; Kristi Kmetz, his cousin; Becky Dando; Dawn Rispinto; and Jennifer and Whitney Palumbo, his cousins.
Best man was the groom's cousin, Ken Kmetz, and groomsmen were Jeff Barger, the bride's brother; Buck Palumbo, the groom's cousin; David Olson; Patsy Musolino; Matt Bodine; Mike Musolino; Jason Hoffman; and Mike Palumbo, his cousin.
The bride earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Youngstown State University and is a systems engineer at Drake Manufacturing in Warren.
Her husband holds a bachelor's in chemical engineering from YSU and is engineering manager at PPG Industries in Warren.
