TORCH AWARDS Winners, runners-up

The Better Business Bureau of the Mahoning Valley recognized nine local businesses for ethics, honesty, integrity and community service. The winners and runners-up, grouped according to size:

Butler Wick Corp., Category IV (149 employees or more); first runner-up, Sky Bank.

Quaker Manufacturing, Category III (100 to 148 employees).

National Fire Repair, Category II (31 to 99 employees); first runner-up, Diane Sauer's Martin Chevrolet; second runner-up, W.W. Heating & amp; Air Conditioning.

Canteen Service of Steel Valley Inc., Category I (1 to 30 employees); first runner-up, Becker Builder; second runner-up, Acordia/Moore-Peterson.
