Electronic classroom

The Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow, based in Toledo, is the largest of Ohio's three Internet charter schools, enrolling 2,858 pupils. Of those, 174 are from Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties, and ECOT gets $900,469 in state and local funds for those pupils:
