SALEM - Larry and Vicky Oesch, 550 Brittany Lane, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Oesch, and Ren & eacute; Palacio, both of 2119 Tiptree Circle, Orlando, Fla.
Parents of the future groom are Adan and Carmen Palacio, Calle el Nogal Casa 38, Barrio Bolonia, Managua, Nicaragua.
Miss Oesch graduated from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management. She is the catering sales manager with Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando.
Mr. Palacio, the meeting connections convention services manager with Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, is pursuing a degree in marketing at Valencia Community College, Orlando.
The couple will issue invitations for the wedding they are planning for Dec. 28 at Holy Family Catholic Church and for their reception, both in Orlando.
