Jennifer Corvino and John P. House, both of 5522 Alabama Ave., Clarendon Hills, Ill., are engaged.
The announcement is being made by the bride-to-be's parents, Susan Corvino, 1818 Canavan Drive, Poland, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. Corvino of Columbiana.
The future groom is a son of Linda House of New Madison and Mr. and Mrs. William House of New Castle, Ind.
Miss Corvino earned a bachelor's degree in social work at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green. She is a child-care worker with Jewish Children's Bureau in Chicago.
Mr. House is a territory manager with Koch Industries in Chicago. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing from BGSU.
The couple will exchange marriage vows during an open ceremony at 2 p.m. Sept. 21 at Good Hope Lutheran Church in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for an evening reception at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
