5. Sacramento, Calif.: $178.4, 18.1 percent.
6. Fort Myers/Cape Coral, Fla.: $120,000, 17 percent.
7. Oklahoma City, Okla.: $101,900, 17 percent.
8. South Bend/Mishawaka, Ind.: $92,500, 15.9 percent.
9. Providence, R.I.: $165,400, 14.8 percent.
10. Bergen/Passaic, N.J.: $296,400, 13.5 percent.
