ADVISERS

X4-H Saddle Horse Advisers will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ohio State University Trumbull County Extension Office.

ASSOCIATIONS

XGuilford Lake Civic Association will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Ruritan pavilion on Route 172 at the lake. Phil Hillman, fish manager supervisor with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, will report on the recent fish survey done at the lake and on restocking. Candidates who are running for Hanover Township trustee are invited to attend and make a short presentation as to their credentials and plans for working for the residents. The public is welcome. AUXILIARIES

XVFW Triangle Post 2799 Auxiliary will meet at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the post, East South Range Road, New Springfield.

CLASSES

XStruthers High School January and June Classes of 1943 will meet for a luncheon at 1 p.m. Sept. 28 at The Elmton in Struthers.

CLUBS

XJunior Women's League of Canfield will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Fair Park for a program on "Read All About It" by the public library. For information about membership call Lisa McCormick, (330) 533-2147.

XLe Cercle Francais will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday when members gather in the community room at the Boardman Public Library to view the French film "La Gloire de Mon Pere." The group will meet at the same time and place Oct. 23 to see that film's sequel, "Le Chateau de Ma Mere." The public is welcome, and there is no admission charge.

XNew Middletown Home Extension will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the C & amp; C Mobile Home Court. The craft will be ribbon trees. Members are to take a 12-inch Styrofoam cone, ribbon and pins. Hostesses will be Marlene Luzik and Lois Mohr.

XSouthington So Sews will meet at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the Southington Town Hall. For information call Jennie Roberts, (330) 847-7386.

XWarren Christian Women's Club will present "Our Changing World" from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 8 at Avalon Inn and Resort, Howland. Martha Webb of Senior Services will speak. Soloist Tia Ciferno will entertain. Motivational speaker will be Jo Knipe, whose topic will be "Discovering Reality in a Changing World." The cost is $8 for the brunch. GRANGES

XDublin Grange 1409 will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday for a business meeting. Vella Baker, worthy master, will preside. Lecturer Gary Reel will present the literary program, "Ohio Reads" with Karen Fox as guest speaker. Members are asked to note the change in program.

GUILDS

XLorraine Milanek will preside when the Embroiderers' Guild of America meets Tuesday at 10 a.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. at the IOOF Hall in Canfield. Visitors are welcome.

XMahoning County Republican Women's Club will meet at noon Sept. 25 at Denny's in Austintown.

XChampion Kiwanis Club will meet at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday at Country Corner Cafe.

XMOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the great room at Old North Church, 7105 Herbert Road, Canfield. Childcare will be available. The organization is designed for mothers with children from birth through the preschool years and provides a discussion time, biblical teaching and the opportunity to learn about or complete a creative project.
