A summary of police activity:
Sept. 9
Burglary: Various pieces of electronic equipment were stolen after forced entry was made to an apartment in the 2000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Theft: An AM-FM compact disk player was stolen from Vinyl Source, 427 Thatcher Lane.
Criminal damage: A female victim reported having her vehicle rammed by an unidentified suspect in the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.
Child endangering: A 16-month-old and a two-year-old child were left alone in a home at Fox Run Apartments, 45 N. Raccoon Road.
Theft: An unlocked 1993 Chevrolet Lumina was entered and a stereo system was stolen from the vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence in the 600 block of North Four Mile Run Road.
Theft: A compact disk player and a man's wallet were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 200 block of North Main Street.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was scratched at Vinyl Resource, 427 Thatcher Lane.
Aggravated menacing: A man was accused of menacing in the residential 3000 block of Raccoon Road.
Sept. 10
Theft: A person stole checks in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.
Theft: Jackets were stolen by an unidentified man at J.C. Penney Co., 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Tarpaulins were stolen from a truck at Speedway, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Vehicle theft: A white and yellow Ryder rental box truck from Florida was stolen from Austintown Fence, 6533 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: A chrome trick bike was taken from a garage in the 2000 block of Elmwood Avenue.
Sept. 11
Criminal damage: A sliding-glass window was broken in the 1000 block of Maplecrest Avenue.
Theft: A surveying bar was stolen in the 80 block of Placid Boulevard.
Theft: A lawn light was stolen from the 5000 block of London Drive.
Sept. 12
Burglary: Three rooms were entered and a television and clock radios were stolen at EconoLodge, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive.
Criminal damage: Tires were punctured on two vehicles at Days Inn, 1051 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Criminal damage: A mailbox was damaged in the 1000 block of Woodgate Street.
Theft: Paper boxes were stolen from Phar-Mor, 4755 Mahoning Ave.
Sept. 13
Criminal trespass: A female was arrested for trespassing at Motel 6, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive.
Aggravated burglary: A man broke into an apartment and assaulted the resident in the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.
Criminal damage: An unidentified suspect broke windows in a vehicle in the 20 block of Idlewood Road.
Criminal damage: Signs were damaged at Meridian Place, 1184 N. Meridian Road.
Criminal damage: A window was broken at Denny's Garage, 110 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: Diamonds and a necklace were taken at a residence in the 4000 block of Warwick Drive.
Theft: Citizen band radios were taken from the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Sept. 14
Stolen: A man was arrested for receiving stolen property at EconoLodge, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: A wallet and credit cards were reported stolen from Motel 6, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft: Food was stolen from an Amish food stand at Mahoning and North Wickliffe Circle.
Attempted theft: Would-be thieves tried to steal a radio from a car. The radio was found damaged in the 1000 block of Compass West Apartments.
Attempted theft: The lock and door was damaged in a vehicle at the Rebel Lounge, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged by a beer bottle at the Babylon, 114 Javit Court.
Sept. 15
Criminal damage: A Vindicator box was set on fire in the residential 700 block of Oberlin Drive.
Theft: A convertible top was slashed, and items were stolen from a vehicle in the 10 block of Idlewood Road.
Theft: Compact disks, speakers, neon lights and money were stolen from a residence in the 4000 block of Fitzgerald Avenue.
Theft: A rock was thrown through a vehicle window and an in-dash CD player was stolen in the residential 4000 block of Claridge Drive.
Theft: A CD player, DVDs and a battery were stolen from Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A book bag with compact disks, a watch and necklaces was stolen from Leonard Kirtz School, 4801 Woodridge Drive.
Robbery: A woman was arrested for stealing purses at IGA, 4477 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Eighteen to 20 cartons of cigarettes were stolen from the Shell service station TrueNorth store, 4200 Mahoning Ave.
Abandoned: A female Husky was left abandoned at a residence in a cruelty to animals incident in the residential 200 block of Westminster Avenue.
