YOUNGSTOWN -- Danielle Joslene Bernard of Columbus was married to Brian Allen Deem of Columbus during a ceremony at 11 a.m. Aug. 18 at Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek Park.
The Rev. Robert Wilson officiated for the daughter of Alice Bernard of Poland and the late Philip Bernard and the son of Dee and John Deem of Struthers.
A reception followed at The Embassy. After a honeymoon in Orlando and Clearwater, Fla., they live in Columbus.
Mrs. Deem graduated with an associate degree in specialized business from ICM School of Business in Pittsburgh. She is an associate internal auditor with Delaware County Bank and Trust Co. in Delaware, Ohio.
The groom, the manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Columbus, earned a bachelor's degree in communication, film and music at Denison University in Granville.
The bride's satin gown featured a sweetheart neckline enhanced with pearls and rhinestones.
Honor attendant was Christy Medley of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Deem of Struthers, the groom's sister; Melissa Dougherty of Hermitage, Pa.; Alison Murphy of Boardman; and Amanda Wilson of Pittsburgh. They wore ivory dresses. Flower girls were Raeanna and Alexis Hertz of Poland.
Best man was Shawn Gettan of Canton. Groomsmen were Michael Deem of Struthers, the groom's brother; Justin Conrad of Austintown, his cousin; Richard Majzik of Columbus; and Michael Nyers of Youngstown. Ring bearer was Brian Paolone, Struthers, his brother.
