The executive committee of the Workforce Policy Board of Mahoning and Columbiana Training Association will be at noon at 9 W. Front St., Youngstown. Parking is available in the AMPCO parking lot located on Front Street. Park in a numbered space and obtain a voucher from the receptionist before leaving the building.
