Gas prices in NE Ohioaverage $1.14 per gallon

YOUNGSTOWN -- Gasoline prices edged up in Northeast Ohio to an average $1.14 per gallon for self-serve, a gain of 3 cents per gallon over last week according to the AAA-Ohio Motorist Association Fuel Gauge Survey. Gas in the nine-county area AAA surveys is priced 6 cents lower than the national average of $1.20 but slightly higher than Ohio's $1.12 average.

F.N.B. Corp. declares20-cent dividend

HERMITAGE -- F.N.B. Corp. announced a quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents per share on its common stock, payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Nov. 30. The company will also issue dividends of 42 cents per share on Series A Preferred Stock and 46 cents per share on Series B preferred stock. F.N.B. is the parent company of First National Bank of Pennsylvania, based in Hermitage, and Metropolitan National Bank, based in Youngstown.

First Niles Financialannounces dividend

NILES -- First Niles Financial Inc., parent company of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles, has declared a cash dividend of 12 cents per share, payable Dec. 21 to shareholders of record Dec. 7.
