Construction contracts
The school board awarded contracts for the new middle school project. The $14 million project is being paid for with a combination of state and local funds. The contracts awarded:
Jack Gibson Construction Co. of Warren, general trades, $6,220,000.A.A. Samuels Sheet Metal Co. of Youngstown, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, $1,080,000.Bay Harbour Electric, Erie, Pa., electrical construction, $912,200.Grunau Company of Boardman, fire protection, $147,000.
