AUCTIONS

XAuxiliary to the Oblate Sisters will hold an art auction from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Villa Maria Teresa, 50 Warner Road, Hubbard. There will be viewing from 2 to 3 p.m., during which wine and cheese will be served. Admission is $5. A performance by children from the school will take place at 2:30 p.m.

BAZAARS

XPoland United Methodist Church, 1940 Boardman-Poland Road, will hold its annual "Holiday Hutch" fall bazaar from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church. There also will be a bake sale, and homemade soup and pie will be available for lunch.

CRAFT SHOWS

XAustintown Band Parents will hold a craft show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Austintown Fitch High School cafeteria, Idaho Road, Austintown. There also will be a Chinese auction, 50/50 drawing and refreshments. Tables are available for $20; to reserve one, call (330) 799-2372.

XA craft show will be held at St. Jude Activity Center, 189 Seventh St., Columbiana, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. More than 50 vendors will participate. Admission is free. There will be a lunch counter, bake sale, homemade vegetable beef soup, raffles and a Chinese auction.

XStruthers Band will hold a craft show and silent auction from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Struthers Fieldhouse, 111 Euclid Ave. Admission is free and there will be a bake sale, food and a 50/50 raffle.

GAME NIGHTS

XQuota International of Sharon will sponsor "Casino Royale" Saturday at Tiffany Banquet Center in Brookfield. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and games and races will begin at 6:30. Tickets are $15 each; those attending must be 21 or over. Tickets may be obtained at Michaelene's Hair Unlimited, 491 E. State St., Sharon, Pa., or Headquarters Styling Inc., 1862 E. State St., Hermitage, Pa.

MUSEUMS

XThe third in a series of Morning at the Museum programs will be presented Tuesday at the Viets Museum, 224 N. High St., Cortland. The event will begin at 10 a.m. with a continental breakfast followed by a program by Karen Morgan Corbett, American historian. A tour of the museum will be available. The cost is $5. RAFFLE

XThe Shrine of Our Lady Comforter of the Afflicted, 517 S. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, will hold a Thanksgiving basket raffle after the noon Mass Sunday. First prize will be the all-American basket with a 20-pound turkey, spiral ham and trimmings; second prize will be an Italian basket and third, a family fun basket. Tickets are six for $5 or one dollar per ticket. Baskets are valued at $50 to $100 each. Winners need not be present. For information call (330) 799-1888. Proceeds benefit the shrine.

SALES

XSt. James the Apostle Church Christian Women's Group will hold a clothing-only rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church, Route 422, New Bedford, Pa. Clothing will be $2 a bag. For more information call (724) 964-8276.
