ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Samuel Colgate Memorial Chapel provided the setting for the Oct. 13 wedding of Dr. Jennifer Boehmer and Jay Anzellotti, both of 192 Laney Road.
The 6:30 p.m. ceremony was followed by a reception at Colgate Rochester Divinity School.
The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, is a daughter of Lynn and Catherine Boehmer, 127 Broadmoor Drive, Buffalo, N.Y. The groom is a son of Suzanne Anzellotti, 2453 Ridgeview Lane, Youngstown, and the late Frank Anzellotti.
The bride wore a white sleeveless gown styled with a scooped neckline and full skirt.
Honor attendant was Sandra Flash of Buffalo. Bridesmaids were Malinda Schlicht of Albuquerque, N.M., the sister of the groom, and Kelli Bogacz of Buffalo. They wore navy blue gowns. Flower girl was Haley Schlicht of Albuquerque, his niece.
Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Robert Anzellotti of New York City. Groomsmen were Andrew Boehmer of Buffalo, the bride's brother, and Eric Pool of Virginia Beach, Va., her cousin.
Dr. Boehmer graduated with a bachelor's degree from Allegheny College, Meadville, Pa., and with a doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a veterinarian at Mendon Village Animal Hospital.
Mr. Anzellotti earned a bachelor's degree in optical engineering at the University of Rochester. He is the lead engineer in fiber optic technology at Semrock Inc.
