The Purple Raiders are ranked No. 1 in the nation in NCAA Division III. Senior RB Chuck Moore became the first Mount Union player to rush for 1,000 yards in each of three years with 1,066 yards. Moore has 22 TDS so far this season and needs only one more to set the single-season school record.

Corbett came up with 10 tackles and two pass break-ups in the 9-0 win over Bethany, the Wolverines' first shutout since 1998.

Scouting report: Last week, Case Western Reserve defeated Denison, 43-29, while Hiram was blanked by Wittenberg, 33-0. Wittenberg's win clinched a share of the NCAC title. The Tigers now have won five straight NCAC crowns. Hiram senior RB Chris Giebel rushed for 54 yards in 22 carries to give him 3,002 yards for his career -- only the second Terrier ball-carrier to reach 3,000.

Junior WR Donte Harris of Thiel had 136 yards in pass catches to lead the Tomcats to a 245-198 yards advantage through the air. Senior QB T.J. Wiley hit on 11-of-21 passes for 127 yards, while freshman Daryl Moore was 6-of-12 for 118 yards.
