Sent to the planning commission a proposed amendment to the city's group home licensing law, which would increase the minimum distance between group homes from 1,000 feet to 2,000 feet. This would affect only new group homes.

Waived water and sewer tap-ins and street-cut fees for the new Dollar General Store at 3613 Market St.
