CANFIELD -- Bill and Susanne Trigg, 6881 Summit Drive, announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Trigg of Doylestown, Pa., and Kevin Collins, also of Doylestown, son of Kent and Mary Hubbard of Moline, Ill., and the late Pat Collins.
The bride-elect graduated summa cum laude from Ohio State University, Columbus, with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is a self-employed management consultant and artist.
Mr. Collins graduated from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, with a bachelor's degree in computer science and from DePaul University in Chicago with a master's degree in distributed systems. He is a consultant with IBM in New York City.
The couple will exchange vows during a June 16 ceremony at Ferndale Farm, the home of the bride-to-be's parents, where a reception also will be held. Invitations will be extended.
