XNew Waterford United Methodist Church will conduct an auction at 10 a.m. Saturday at the former Crestview Elementary School building, South State Street, New Waterford. Food also will be available. Proceeds will benefit the church building fund.

XA craft show will be sponsored by the Trumbull County Historical Village Association July 10 through July 15 at the carriage shed beside the old Bazetta Christian Church in the Trumbull County Fairgrounds in conjunction with the Trumbull County Fair. Crafters have until June 1 to reserve a 16x10 foot space, costing $135 a week. They will be asked to show colonial crafts and to demonstrate their craftmaking process. XShepherd's Foundation will sponsor its 11th annual Shepherd's Scramble golf outing June 2 at Avalon South Golf Course in Howland.
