JAMES L. ROBINSON, 24


YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Rising Star Baptist Church for James L. Robinson, 24, of 2008 Stewart St., who died Wednesday in St. Elizabeth Health Center. A coroner's ruling is pending.
Mr. Robinson, also known as "Skip," was born Sept. 22, 1976, in Youngstown, a son of James L. Sr. and Charise Jordan Robinson, and was a lifelong area resident.
A graduate of East High School, he was attending Youngstown State University, majoring in computer science. He was a Navy veteran.
Besides his mother and father, both of Youngstown, he leaves a sister, Nichole Robinson, a stepbrother, Joshua Benaim, and a nephew whom he was helping to rear, Jordan Smith, all of Youngstown; and grandparents, Velma Williams of Roanoke, Ala., and Liberty Bell of Youngstown.
Friends may call one hour before the service in the church. Arrangements are by Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home.
