BOARDMAN -- Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Rossi Bros. Funeral Home and at 11:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church for Mary Fusco, 97, of 310 Melrose Ave., formerly of South Avenue, who died Thursday afternoon at home.
Mrs. Fusco was born March 21, 1904, in Flustria, Hungary, a daughter of Michael and Katherine Pivor, and came to the area in 1913.
She worked at the Mazda Lamp Plant in the 1920s and was a homemaker.
She was a member of the church.
Her husband, Benjamin Sr., whom she married Aug. 6, 1921, died Dec. 15, 1978.
She leaves two sons, Benjamin Jr. of Boardman and Robert E. in California; two daughters, Angeline Johnson of Boardman and Thelma K. Terrigno of Chino Hills, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Two grandsons are deceased.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the service at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Boardman.
