EDRICE MYLESS MILLER, 61 Taught in Youngstown School District

YOUNGSTOWN -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Black & amp; Phillips Funeral Home for Edrice Myless Miller, 61, of 1520 Stewart St., who died of a heart attack Sunday in St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Mrs. Miller was born Jan. 21, 1935, in Miami, Fla., a daughter of Cleveland and Venus Rolle Rolle, and came to the area in the 1960s.
She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Youngstown State University and taught in Youngstown School District more than 25 years. She retired in 1995.
She attended Emmanuel Ministries, was a member of Youngstown Education Association, Retired Teachers Association, NAACP and Youngstown Area Urban League.
Besides her husband, Leo D., whom she married in 1965, she leaves two sons, James Jenkins of Detroit, Mich., and Marcus Jenkins of Atlanta, Ga.; three sisters, Dorothy Madison of Miami, Fla., Ernstine Johnson of Tampa Bay, Fla., and Geraldine Donaldson of Detroit, Mich.; a brother, El Hanian Rolle of Miami, Fla.; and two grandchildren.
A sister, Walterine Rolle, and two brothers, Thomas and Willow Rolle, are deceased.
