JERRY M. PIZZO, 82

CANFIELD -- Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Michael Church for Jerry M. Pizzo, 82, of 10550 Fascination Lane, Royal Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Canfield, who died Friday afternoon at home.

Mr. Pizzo was born Nov. 19, 1918, in Brooklyn, N.Y., a son of Leonard and Adeline Rossi Pizzo.

He worked for Borden Milk Co. for 30 years and retired in 1980, and served in the Army Signal Corps during World War II. He was a member of the church and Teamsters Local 377.

Besides his wife, the former Helen Kubus, whom he married Nov. 8, 1942, he leaves a son, Jerry of El Paso, Texas; two daughters, Abby Barone of Canfield and Peggi Cassella of Royal Palm Beach; two sisters, Ida D'Elena of West Milford, N.J., and Anne Schwerke of Long Island, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Fabrizio Funeral Home, Youngstown, where a prayer service will be at 4:45 p.m.
