Women's day speaker
YOUNGSTOWN -- The Rev. Flonerra Harris, associate minister at New Bethel Baptist Church, will speak at 11 a.m. July 8 at Jerusalem Baptist Church. Jerusalem Baptist will celebrate its annual women's day with the theme, "Women Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow."
Friend from Kenya
MIDDLETON -- Priscilla Mekhino, and her husband, Enoch, of Mount Elgon, Kenya, will be at Middleton Friend's Meeting at 3 and 6:30 p.m. July 4. She will talk about her faith in Jesus and her travels by bicycle to in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. Refreshments will be served. For information, call (330) 457-2939.
Fellowship banquet
HUBBARD -- Pastor David Reynolds, president of the People's Full Gospel Mission Inc., will be the speaker when Jesus is the Way Ministries has a family fellowship banquet at the Brentford House. The event begins at 6 p.m. Friday. The cost is $9 for adults and $6 for children. Call (330) 759-2950.
Summer feast
WARREN -- The Jesus Club of New Beginnings Ministries is sponsoring "Operation Summertime Feast" from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today on Courthouse Square. The ministry will provide free hot dogs for kids, and present a puppet show music and a Gospel message.
'50s fundraiser
NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Mary, Mother of Hope Parish Center is using the theme, "Back to the '50s" for its fundraiser July 7 to benefit its capital improvement campaign. The event runs from 3 to 10 p.m. with a barbecue, games, and kids events. The center plans a variety of improvements, from windows to its pews. Call (724) 658-2564 ext. 10.
Bible study set
AUSTINTOWN -- Galilee Baptist Church begins a Bible study on the Book of Revelation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. For more information, call (330) 792-4304.
Youth mission
YOUNGSTOWN -- Eight teens and adults from Good Hope Lutheran Church will take part in the Cumberland Mountain Outreach -- Project Shelter program July 8-14. Youths from around the country will help residents in rural Kentucky with housing and sanitation needs.

NORTH LIMA -- The Single Adult Ministry Network is hosting two fellowship events.

Camp meeting

Local vocalist
YOUNGSTOWN -- Youngstown vocalist Adam Luciano now performs with Sounds of Glory from Buffalo, N.Y. The group will perform at 11 a.m. Sunday at Spanish Evangelical Church.
