Where: The programs take place at McDanel's Launch on the North Shore of Lake Arthur. The majority of programs will be on the boat. During inclement weather, programs will be moved ashore to Picnic Pavilion 7. Reservations are recommended.
Wednesday: Waldo Young, One Man Band, will provide easy-listening music.Friday: Second-grade teacher Jody King will present interactive stories and folk tales that all ages can enjoy.June 27: Chuck Thorpe and Friends will provide acoustic folk, bluegrass and gospel music.June 29: Dave Sullivan will offer family fun on land and sea with "Whale of a Good Time."
Thursday afternoon cruises run at 2 p.m. July 5 through Aug. 10. Weekend tours are available at 3 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays through Labor Day.
