YOUNGSTOWN -- Harriet Emily Penner, a daughter of David and Benita Penner of Youngstown, and Erik William Osbeck, a son of Sharon Osbeck and Michael Bethel of Columbus, were united in marriage June 9 at Rodef Sholom Temple.
The bride is a graduate of Youngstown State University and is a teacher with Montessori pre-school in the Columbus area.
The groom, an identification technician with Columbus Police Department, graduated from Ohio State University.
The couple will live in the Columbus area.
